Enlisted herewith are the refund policies in the event of cancellation of order.

 Sample not collected (In online payment case)

Sample collected but not processed

 Sample collected, processed and reported successfully

 Sample collected, processed but fully cancelled by laboratory (all tests unreported) due to technical reasons

 Sample collected, processed but partially cancelled by laboratory (one or more test(s) unreported) due to technical reasons

·         If in case patient denies to avail the retesting, refund will only be applicable for 60 days in the accounts, if details provided.

·         Cheque payments are only valid if amount is more than Rs.500/- & dispatched to the given address within 7 working days from the date of cancellation
